Deborah was a management representative for ISO 9001:2000. She had been the lead dealing with all aspects of the third party registration surveillance auditing process. Her skills include TQM, quality planning, system analysis, process analysis, quality improvement, statistical techniques with specific application in the implementation of management systems such as ISO 9001:2000.
Because she is an energetic leader dedicated to developing strong teams through leadership, professional development, and training, she now offers her services as an independent consultant.
